Liz Von Hoene photographs designer Prabal Gurung for Conde Nast Traveler

Prabal Gurung guides readers through his fave spots in Brooklyn in the November issue of Condé Nast Traveler, a feature that kicks off with this portrait of the fashion designer shot by Liz Von Hoene. Liz was commissioned by picture editor Jocelyn Miller. Andrea Fremiotti did the retouching. Maria Santana was the prop stylist. Ryan Cotton did the hair. And makeup was by Beau Nelson.

A crowd gathered around to watch during Liz’s shoot, which took place on Washington Street in DUMBO, and one of the onlookers made a sketch of her and her team at work. He kindly let us photograph it to post here:
