Creativity magazine has just released its 2012 Awards Report, which “tallies the results from the seven top global advertising industry award shows: ADC, AICP, The Andy Awards, the Cannes International Festival of Creativity, the Clios, D&AD and the One Show.”
The top 5 creative directors are, in order, Susan Hoffman of Wieden+Kennedy, Portland; Mark Fitzloff of Wieden+Kennedy, Portland; Rob Reilly of CP&B; Alexander Schill of Serviceplan, Munich; and Stephane Xiberras of BETC Euro RSCG, Paris. “…In an industry of scarce female leadership, take note that the year’s most-awarded creative director is a woman—W+K’s Susan Hoffman. It’s her third appearance at No. 1, but the first time she’s landed in the top spot without her fellow exec creative director, Mark Fitzloff, who makes a showing at No. 2,” observes Ad Age.
And the top 5 agencies are Wieden+Kennedy, Portland; Creative Artists Agency, Los Angeles; BBH, London; Serviceplan, Munich; BETC Euro RSCG, Paris.
