Timothy Greenfield-Sanders’ “The Women’s List” premieres tonight on PBS. Plus: Watch a behind-the-scenes video

The Women’s List, Timothy Greenfield-Sanders‘ latest documentary, premieres tonight on PBS and features insightful interviews with 15 women from a wide range of professions and backgrounds—including television producer Shonda Rhimes, former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, lawyer Gloria Allred, artist Laurie Anderson, pilot Nia Wordlaw, fashion designer Betsey Johnson, and entrepreneur Sara Blakely.

“The women in the film represent more than just themselves,” notes Timothy. “Their stories are bigger than they are.”

The film is accompanied by large-format portraits of each of the women. Read more about the project here. Watch the official trailer here. And watch a making-of video that includes an interview with Timothy and footage from his “Women’s List” portrait sessions here.
