In November, I posted behind-the-scenes photos from Jeff Lipsky’s shoot in Japan for a big tofu feature in Bon Appétit. Well, the story—“Kyoto’s Tofu Obsession”—has just come out in the February issue. Jeff shot some great landscapes, portraits, and still lifes (on view in the print edition only) for the piece, which opens with these images as a full-bleed spread:

Beautiful images. So glad to see that Bon Appetit is still featuring great photography. That was always one of Gourmet’s (RIP) strengths.
