Last month, I wrote that David had shot a big fashion story for Los Angeles magazine (and I included a photo of David with Susan Lucci), but the issue hadn’t come out yet, so I couldn’t show it. Well, it’s out now, and not only have I posted it here for your viewing enjoyment, but I also have a behind-the-scenes video.
