In New York magazine’s “My Mother’s Thanksgiving,” eleven top chefs pay tribute to the holiday recipes that Mom made special when they were growing up. For the feature, the chefs prepared the signature dishes, and Hans Gissinger photographed them, with the magazine including a childhood photo of each future chef as an inset in his images.
