Jason Hindley in Paris: novelty masks, sugar “Daddy,” and a shoot for Saatchi

Jason and his studio manager, Keiko (who is also his wife), have started a blog where they post updates on Jason’s latest work. Now, that sounds pretty straightforward, but their use of text and humor makes the posts seem much more personal and inviting than the standard promotional fare.

The most recent post, for example, is a casual snapshot chronicle of a shoot Jason did in Paris for energy provider GDF Suez with Saatchi & Saatchi Paris. The post is called “What’s not to like…,” a phrase that leads into the first line: “about shooting in Paris?” Jason and Keiko talk about the buttery croissants, the Seine, the sugar…
