Timothy Greenfield-Sanders’ “The Latino List” doc debuts
Timothy Greenfield-Sanders‘ new HBO documentary, The Latino List, doesn’t make its official debut until next Wednesday, September 28, but the movie is being previewed in by-invitation-only screenings, including one earlier this week in Miami. Gloria Estefan is among the people interviewed in the documentary by award-winning broadcast journalist Maria Hinojosa. “There were poignant and touching moments in the journey of The Latino List and every single interview was thoughtful and moving,” Hinojosa wrote in a recent column for The Huffington Post.

The Brooklyn Museum, which is currently hosting an exhibition of Timothy’s “Latino List” portraits, is holding a private screening of the documentary on Monday, and the Stockland Martel team will be there to support TGS. Here’s a look at the trailer:
