Andrea Smith, Jim’s studio manager, had mentioned to me this fall that Jim was cooking up a new website, and I’m happy to report it’s now gone live. The URL is the same—FiscusPhoto.com—but the new site, which Jim created in collaboration with liveBooks, features both stills and motion.
From what I could gather by obsessively hitting the refresh button, the image on the home page changes each with each visit. Here’s what I was greeted with during a handful of successive visits this morning, for example:

In the “Miles Traveled” section, Jim has highlighted a number of projects as case studies, complete with a short narrative from him about the shoot, plus a link to his related videos.

Yeah, I’m partial, but overall, FiscusPhoto.com really is cleanly designed and straightforward to navigate. Just what you want in a photographer’s website. There’s even room for a bio, and it did not come at the expense of showing off his great work. I’m just saying.
