Doug Menuez’s new corporate photography promo piece

Recently, we worked with Doug Menuez to create a printed promo piece aimed directly at corporate clients.

We know that companies have never been more in need of photography that tells their story—the story of their brand—than they are now.

And we know that Doug is a master at telling a business’ story, bringing decades of experience as an award-winning documentary photographer to assignments for clients like Chevron, Emirates Airlines, GE, Hewlett-Packard, and others. Not to mention the 15 years he spent embedded with the major players of Silicon Valley for what resulted in his “Fearless Genius” project.

But how to show potential corporate clients just what he can do for them? A printed piece, we decided, would be most persuasive. Here’s the cover, which features a photo by Doug of Steve Jobs

And here are a few of the inside pages. As you can see, we went for a clean layout with lots of room for photos, and the text was distilled just to the essentials: Bill and Maureen speak directly to the recipients right on the opening spread, and each project is accompanied by a brief explanation. The idea was to quickly and clearly get across Doug’s capabilities even to the most casual of readers.

The piece is now available to view online, too, over at issuu.com. See it here.
