The October issue of Women’s Health, which hits newsstands today, features a cover story on actress Rachel Bilson, who’s starring in a new series called Hart of Dixie. In the show, which premieres this fall on The CW, the onetime O.C. star plays a big-city doctor who loses both her job and her boyfriend and moves to Alabama to start over. Yeehaw.
