The New York Times Magazine recently commissioned Art Streiber to shoot a cover story called “The Allergy Buster,” on a radical treatment for kids with severe food allergies. The assignment called for portraits of Dr. Kari Nadeau, known for her pioneering work in this field, and some of her patients.
