Tonight in NYC: Join Art Streiber and 5 top photo directors for a spirited discussion about magazine photography

Tonight at the SVA Theater in New York City, award-winning photographer Art Streiber will be moderating a panel discussion on magazine photography called “Big Shots,” which promises to reveal “The Business, Backstories, and Bulls#*t Behind the Most Exciting Job in Publishing.”

He’ll be joined by Clinton Cargill, director of photography at Bloomberg Businessweek; Casey Tierney Stenger, photo director at Real Simple; Jeanne Graves, director of photography at Men’s Health; Lisa Martin, director of photography at InStyle; and Lisa Berman, director of photography at Entertainment Weekly.

“Big Shots” is sponsored by the Society of Publication Designers. Tickets for the event are $10 for SPD members and $20 for nonmembers. Doors open at 6:30, and the talk begins at 7. Get your ticket here.
