This Sunday at Photoville: Doug Menuez discusses the impact and importance of long-term projects
Photoville, the immensely popular photo festival that takes over a huge hunk of Brooklyn Bridge Park and DUMBO each September, kicked off this past Wednesday and features a dynamic variety of exhibitions and events. On Sunday, Doug Menuez will be interviewed onstage at St. Ann’s Warehouse about the impact and importance of long-term projects. He certainly knows whereof he speaks: Doug documented the rise of Silicon Valley for 15 years, resulting in his acclaimed Fearless Genius project that encompasses a monograph, worldwide exhibitions, an education program, and in time a film.
