For its August issue, PDN interviewed Nigel Cox about a recent shoot he did for Dwell magazine. The assignment, PDN notes, was to show upholstery fabrics draped over things, but Nigel suggested covering variously shaped objects and arranging them to look like they were suspended in midair. “I always pictured them as floating,” he tells PDN.
