In “Hallelujah Anyway,” a fashion video directed by Annabel Mehran for Opening Ceremony, Parkour athletes model Issey Miyake’s graceful designs in a black & white Coney Island

Last night in New York City, Opening Ceremony unveiled “Hallelujah Anyway,” a men’s fashion video editorial directed by Annabel Mehran.

In the short film, which Annabel shot on location in Coney Island, Parkour traceurs—fearless, gravity-defying athletes whose skills can make you wonder if people actually can fly—vault and jump throughout the legendary seaside park wearing Homme Plissé Issey Miyake clothes.

“The gentle folds and technical pleats that are synonymous with the Issey Miyake fashion house have been waiting for a moment to show off their flexibility,” notes Opening Ceremony in the introduction to the video, which features the Post Malones‘ dreamy track “White Iverson.”
