“Photographing Ryan Seacrest was a pleasure. He is warm and very personable—the person you’d imagine him to be from his countless shows,” says David Walter Banks. “We photographed him for his Distinction tuxedo line he has with Macy’s for the cover of The New York Times‘ Men’s Style section. He is from Atlanta and so am I, so we had that commonality to discuss.”
“And, like a handful of celebrities we’ve photographed recently, he was very interested in the fact that we’re a couple who work together. They’re often surprised at the second setup, when we swap and the other of us starts taking photos,” adds Kendrick Brinson. “He asked if we ever go to bed mad, which I replied yes to and David replied no. Ha!”
