“IDENTITY: Timothy Greenfield-Sanders The List Portraits” opens this Saturday at the Annenberg Space for Photography
We’re proud to announce that Timothy Greenfield-Sanders‘ work is the subject of an important new exhibition at the Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles. “IDENTITY: Timothy Greenfield-Sanders The List Portraits” comprises 151 uniquely compelling large-format photographs of pioneers in five distinct-but-often-overlapping groups: “The Black List,” “The Latino List,” “The Women’s List,” “The Out List,” and “The Trans List,” which is making its world premiere with this exhibition. (“The Trans List” will also debut as an HBO Documentary Film on December 5.)
“IDENTITY” opens September 24 and will be on view through February 26. For more information, visit annenbergphotospace.org/exhibits/identity.
If you’re in the LA area this week, stop by Timothy’s Iris Nights talk on September 23 at the Annenberg, where he’ll discuss the overarching themes of his work and other aspects of his life and career. For details on the talk, click here.
