Lauren Greenfield to moderate “Daughters of the Evolution,” a panel discussion on women in advertising featuring top agency creatives and their harshest critics (their daughters)
On Monday at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, award-winning photographer, director, and author Lauren Greenfield will moderate a panel discussion that brings together three of the top creative officers in the industry with three people who have a unique perspective on what it means to be a female leader in the ad world—their daughters.
“What does the youngest generation think about women in advertising? Find out as we meet the daughters of Leo Burnett Canada chief creative officer Judy John, Design Army co-founder and chief creative officer Pum Lefebure, and Goodby Silverstein & Partners chief creative officer Margaret Johnson. The session will uncover these girls’ ideas about the best and worst parts of their mothers’ jobs; their definitions of leadership, success and fearlessness; and their own aspirations and predictions of what the future holds.”
“Daughters of the Evolution” starts at 5 p.m. at the Debussy Theatre in Cannes. Details here. Click here or below to watch a teaser for the event, shot and directed by Lauren. The panel discussion, incidentally, was named an Editor’s Pick by Creativity Online.
