In anticipation of Shark Week 2017, which kicks off this Sunday, Discovery Channel has invited a handful of esteemed photographers to contribute to its Instagram feed. And Michael Muller, whose thrilling photography was collected in the Taschen monograph Sharks, is among the image-makers who were chosen. Below, one of his first posts for @discoverychannel. Darwin nailed it when he said the animals are neither aggressive or fearful of people, though I don't think he ever swam with a Galapagos Shark when he penned that. One of the most dynamic things to see are the schools of Hammerhead #sharks.
