When in San Francisco…
…
If you call the New York office trying to reach Bill or photo agent Emily Leonardo, you won’t find them there. After spending a few days in L.A. visiting clients and celebrating Walter Iooss at the Annenberg, they went on to San Francisco yesterday to meet with clients there this week.
Bill called this morning to let me know he was enjoying a “perfect Japanese breakfast.” As an eggs-and-bacon person myself, I was unfamiliar with what such a meal consisted of. Bill explained that it’s rice gruel and miso soup and rice mixed with salmon bits. And there’s some seaweed too. He sounded very happy. Almost as happy as when he told me that he and Emily are going to Kabuki Springs & Spa when they’re done with their appointments. I wonder if they’ll be getting this done…
