Art Streiber photographs “Star Trek Into Darkness” fold-out cover, plus cast and director portraits, for Empire magazine’s J.J. Abrams Issue

Empire has just published a massive 72-page cover package devoted to J.J. Abrams, the producer and director of the upcoming Star Trek Into Darkness blockbuster and the producer of the next Star Wars and Star Trek (the follow-up to Into Darkness) movies. Art Streiber, who shot the key art for Star Trek Into Darkness, was commissioned by the magazine to shoot the cover—a three-page fold-out—and a portfolio of portraits inside Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions.

Art worked with Empire art director Chris Lupton and photography director Debi Berry.
