Doug Menuez caught the dramatic photo below while tech scouting with a friend at Hong Kong harbor during a shoot for FedEx, right as a giant gust of wind from a coming typhoon nearly swept away her umbrella. American Photography chose the image in its latest competition. Congrats, Doug!
